Vase Pelagića 6

The building was originally constructed between 1901 and 1903 as a family residence, influenced by the architectural styles of Central European cities, particularly Romanticism. It is located at the intersection of Vase Pelagića Street and King Alfonso XIII Street. In 1993, it was placed under the protection of the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural and Historical Heritage of the Republic of Srpska and was officially recognized as a monument of historical and architectural value.

In 2007, we carried out a full reconstruction and repurposing of the building, transforming it into a modern office space designed to accommodate prestigious companies. Since then, the premises have hosted respected tenants such as Raiffeisen Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, and Comsar Energy RS.
