Grawe Insurance

In October 2012, construction was completed on a residential-commercial building located at 35 Prvog Krajiškog Korpusa Street, with the structure consisting of a basement, ground floor, gallery, four floors, and a penthouse level. The building represents the first section of a larger residential-commercial complex under development. It includes 3 commercial units on the ground and gallery levels, 9 two- and three-bedroom apartments on the upper floors, and a spacious four-bedroom penthouse.

Only high-quality materials and equipment with modern design were used during construction, ensuring a comfortable and functional environment for both living and working. The apartments feature top-grade oak parquet flooring, ceramic tiling, natural stone in staircases, granite ceramics in commercial units, and a highly efficient thermal insulation façade system. The building is also equipped with secure entry doors and all necessary hydro, thermal, and electrical installations.

As a continuation of this complex, the Grawe Business Center was built at number 39 on the same street. Completed in November 2012, this office building is known for its modern architectural design and offers optimal working conditions. It was designed as a rental office space, structured into multiple independent units that can be combined as needed to suit tenants’ preferences.

The building was constructed with premium materials ensuring long-term durability and low maintenance costs. The façade combines a glass curtain wall system with powder-coated aluminum profiles, Alubond cladding, and a thermal façade with high-quality finishing. The facility has an independent heating and cooling system using chillers and heat pumps.

Interior office spaces are equipped with fan coil units for heating and cooling, underfloor heating on the ground level, and all the necessary technical and utility installations to create a comfortable working environment. Office floors feature high-grade natural oak parquet with triple-layer varnishing, while natural stone is used in lobbies, stairwells, and areas around elevators. Premium ceramic tiles, sanitary fixtures, top-quality joinery and metalwork, as well as advanced IT infrastructure and installations, have been integrated throughout.
